These Terms Of Purchase govern orders placed through the imperialglowgems online store. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the information provided at checkout and agree to the applicable purchase terms, subject to any mandatory rights under the laws that apply to your transaction.

1. Product Information

2. Product Availability

Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Adding an item to a shopping cart does not necessarily mean that the item has been reserved or that an order has been accepted.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, or if we identify a material issue affecting fulfillment, we may contact you to explain the situation and discuss an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

3. Pricing and Currency

Product prices and applicable charges are displayed on our website and during checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping fees are charged according to the selected shipping method and the order total.

Standard Shipping costs $5.99 for orders totaling from $0.00 to less than $49.00. Orders totaling $49.00 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping. Expedited Shipping costs $8.99.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed or handled as required by applicable law and the checkout process. Customers should review the final order total before submitting payment.

4. Order Submission and Acceptance

When you submit an order, you are making a purchase request for the selected products and agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete the transaction.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that every aspect of the order has been finally verified or that fulfillment is guaranteed. We may need to verify payment, confirm product availability, or review information before completing processing.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and arrange any refund that is due. We will not knowingly retain payment for an order that we have cancelled without providing the applicable refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, fees, and estimated transit times are described in our Shipping Policy. Standard Shipping costs $5.99 for orders below $49.00, free Standard Shipping applies to orders of $49.00 or more, and Expedited Shipping costs $8.99. Our estimated transit time is 10–20 days and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Any delivery estimates are subject to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, holidays, and other factors. Mandatory legal rights concerning delivery, non-delivery, or delayed delivery remain unaffected.

7. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact service@imperialglowgems.com as soon as possible. We will review whether the order can still be modified or cancelled. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

This section does not limit cancellation rights that are required by applicable law. If an order has already shipped, customers may need to follow the return process described in our Return Policy, where applicable.

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible return and refund requests according to our Return Policy and applicable law. Customers must contact customer service before sending a product back so that the designated return address and instructions can be provided.

Refunds are handled according to the reason for the return, the condition of the item, the applicable purchase terms, and legal requirements. Any permitted deductions, shipping-cost arrangements, or other refund conditions will be handled consistently with applicable law.
